Since the day we first met, I couldn't look away, Lost in the depth of your beautiful gaze. Your presence alone felt too much like a dream, I had to pinch myself to check if I hadn't slipped away. I knew right then it was something uncertain, That at any moment, it could all go sideways. But I also knew, with a heart so sure, That you would always be my always. And though time and distance have drawn their lines, My heart still whispers your name in quiet sighs. So by now, all I can do is to hope it is all by God's design. But since there is an ocean between us at the moment, I'll contempt in hope you'd be my Valentine.
